1.You must check pay conditions

If you outsource a project to a company in an area subject to a general collective pay agreement, you, as the client, are responsible for informing and checking that the company guarantees its employees the same general pay and working conditions, as those agreed to in the relevant Norwegian collective pay agreement.

2.Buying services from abroad

You can choose to outsource a project to a foreign company.

In such cases you must submit a report on the project and the employees doing the work to the Tax Administration.
