Whenever a company changes its address, the Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities must be notified by submitting the form Samordnet registermelding (Coordinated register notification).
You must also report your change of address once the contract in Norway is completed.
If you operate a sole proprietorship, your tax return form and tax settlement notice will be sent to your home address. For that reason it is important that you report your change of address if you move. You must also notify the Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities of your new address. Use the form Samordnet registermelding (Coordinated register notification) to report your change of address.
