Deregistration of the enterprise
If you are deregistering a sole proprietorship or NUF from the Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities and the Register of Business Enterprises, you must submit the form Samordnet registermelding (Coordinated register notification). Your business will then be deleted immediately and your entry will be removed from the registers.
